- Provide IT Business Consulting Service combining with associated IT application systems ( in Supply Chain, Vendor Management, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, Sample Order Management, Porject Management, Contract management etc. areas);- Provide Project management services in all IT functionalities ( IT for IT, IT for User );

- Managed a global program for IT separation including devices/users/network/application migration for APAC region because of their business spin-off;

- Manage Regional Service Desk & End User Computing Services (transition, stabilization & Improvement)- Manage End user Communication & Improve end user experience;- Oversee the engineering functions (i.e. LDAP,AD,SCCM/GPO, Packaging/Image and Antivirus, O365 calibration etc. ) within APAC and manage the service providers to ensure their deliverables.- Take charge in ITSM-ServiceNOW development in APAC (requirement collection, design, implementation in Service Request Catalogs module)- Be part of the AP regional Win10 migration project team to provide necessary supports.

- Manage global LAN refresh program (site prioritization, Budget, Quality and Timing) for AP and EMEA regions, which are around 150 sites across different countries by leading a virtual team with 30+ members integrating the 4 service providers from site assessment, LAN re-design by using Delphi standards, BOM creation, Hardware/Services Ordering, Rack/ Cabling/Power-supply upgrade as well as staged LAN cut-overs to ensure LAN/WAN/Hosting related configuration standards are completely implemented.

- Manage regional Wide Area Network, Local Area Network and Voice services and ensure APAC sites are up to the proper IT infrastructure capabilities and capacity for business growth;- Regional Lead to deliver regional Network related projects with collaberation with global team1) Led a flawless transition of WAN/Firewall/VPN services in the region from an incumbent provider to a new global provider for all sites (45 sites+1 DC). APAC became the first region of the transition completion.2) Led a successful transition to move APAC Network hub from Singapore Verizon co-location to HongKong Verizon colocation (with re-design by adding redundancy & resilience ) along with cloud computing devices installation to improve all China sites ' WAN latency and also reduce the Co-location's IT Network Run-cost;3) Drove a tremendous teamwork to complete the migration of all China sites (25) ' WAN from China MVIC to direct Verizon PIP connection within 3 months across IT functional, suppliers and business clients.4) Led an establishment in the region of a new Juniper VPN box within China besides in the regional DC in Hong Kong to eliminate the longstanding issues caused by Great China Firewall for China-based users.

- Managed day to day IT operation for 20+ sites across divisions in China & Australia with 4000+ PC users supported to ensure their IT systems/services running with proper performance for (EUC, Infrastructure (WAN,LAN/Firewall, Voice(PBX & Lync SBA) and All local/global applications( PB2O, MES, EDI, QAD/SAP, Cityray, EAM, TeamCenter, Catia/UG etc).- Heavily involved in several critical sites' PB2O application implementation also including its required local EDI setup and SAP interface build-up;- Provided regional support to migrate Delphi managed local email infrastructure to Microsoft managed email services (Cloud).

- Successfully implemented QAD MFG/PRO for one new Lucent trading company within 4 months;- Led the whole Lucent China (including Beijing, Shanghai, Qingdao & Hongkong) Oracle ERP implementation project (Oracle roll-out, Oracle migration from QAD).

- Led a project team with 8 persons to succeed in QAD implementation with integrated Finance, Distribution and Manufacturing modules, which the site had failed once.- Built a common IT infrastructure based on Win NT 4.0, including PDC, DNS, MS Exchange etc.- Managed IT activities for all functional areas and provided IT business solutions.- Established IT helpdesk support processes.

- Managed Fourth-shift MRPII system operation;- Developed all required customization in Fourth-shift system.- Took charge of Polaroid China sites’ computer network system (based on Novell 3.12 )- Made Chinese and foreign financial statements and financial result analysis

- Played as a critical programmer for several national-level projects; also managed the biggest computer Lab in Shanghai Institute of Technical Physics.
