I began at Fowlers in a temporary position working in the service reception to invoice a backlog of jobs. In December 2014, I was offered a full-time position following the quality of my work and progress in the role. Since then, I have been trained in several areas of the service department including invoicing, warranty, CSI/Customer Care, insurance credit control, and I am currently working in the role of Parts Administrator.

During the three years I spent working in this café, I was responsible for key roles including the handling of money and keeping strict records of all transactions made, as well as the roles you would expect in this type of business such as preparing and serving food and beverages and maintaining café cleanliness. The nature of the employment involved working in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of working practice to ensure both customer and employer satisfaction. It also helped to develop good spoken communication skills when dealing with members of the public.
