Supporting college leavers onto different pathways to include university and supported internships but more particularly apprenticeships. Offer bespoke careers support to both mainstream and SEND students. Manage and coordinate work experience for cohorts of students in line with Gatsby benchmarks. Deliver skills and information workshops to students and organise career insight events to support students career choices. Work with and have built up great working relationships with local companies and employers who offer up their time to assist in providing our students with first hand careers education and work experience opportunities.
