Executive Search across all directorates in the Public Sector. My specialist knowledge and experience in the area of Diversity & Inclusion and Talent Development naturally led to a great deal of work within the Central and Local Government spaces given the technical and soft skill gaps in those markets at the time. I was assisting senior management teams with recruitment needs in line with their strategic priorities & challenges. By the introduction of some innovative soft skill assessment processes; I was able to ensure that shortlists were diverse in every sense of the word and that organisations had the support needed through times of significant change and upheaval. Lots of my work in the lead up to April 2017 was centred around the upcoming Apprenticeship levy; preparing clients and assisting them to identify their departmental skill gaps - be this soft skills, behaviours and competencies or technical experience and knowledge.

My role at Badenoch & Clark was to establish and head up the Permanent Social Work division. The team predominantly recruited Qualified Social Workers up to Director level on a permanent basis to Children's Charities, Hospitals, NHS Trusts, Local Authorities, Independent Fostering and Adoption agencies.

They are able to do this by ongoing investment in employee training and customer engagement.My role for HCL Permanent involved starting up the Permanent Social Care desk October 2012. I worked with candidates from Newly Qualified to Assistant Director level to place them in roles with Local Authorities, Central Government, Independents and Charity clients. The aim was to continue with the work I had done on the temporary side for Bluecare (HCL) with the independent fostering clients and the strong relations I had built directly with managers in various local authorities and focus attention on the permanent market.

HCL Social Care is a leading supplier in the sourcing and placing of qualified social workers and social care professionals throughout the UK.They work on behalf of local authorities, charities and the private & voluntary sectors, recruiting qualified professionals in all disciplines including children & families, adoption & fostering, adults, learning disabilities and mental health.My role for Bluecare was to focus on the South of England and Wales recruiting Qualified Social Workers into temporary positions within Vendor Managed authorities, NHS Trusts, Private organisations and charities. This role allowed me to build up a network of exceptional candidates as well as a number of key clients who use still use HCL Social Care for any recruitment needs and/or struggles. As I began to work more and more in the permanent realm I was approached to head up a new Social Work desk within HCL Permanent
