CurrentLucy Maxwell is a partner in the Dynasty Of Lawspective Law firm litigation department. Mrs Maxwell joined the Firm 2015 upon her graduation from the Emory Law School.Mrs. Maxwell helps clients solve their most complex and challenging legal problems. She practically focuses her practice on admiralty and martime matters, complex commercial litigation, intellectual property disputes, class actions and personal injury claims. Mrs. Maxwell currently serves as outside litigation counsel to shipping lines,banks, professional service firms and Fortune 100 companies. While legislative counsel on the judiciary committee,she advised Ranking Member Sessions and other Republican Judiciary Committee members on Judiciary and executive nomination, including the nomination of Justice Elena Kagan to the United States Supreme Court. Since joining the Dynasty Of Lawspective Firm, Maxwell has used these experience to assist clients in reaching a solution that best their needs, whether or not that involves litigation.
