Nudging people towards freedom and fulfilment has been the goal of my career to date. My Christian faith has led me into roles which promote inclusivity and justice. In my current role as Director of People and Culture at Generosity Path I advocate for the people I lead, champion best HR practice and actively retain top talent to grow the impact of our organisation. My previous experience working to end gender-based violence remains firmly in view. From fielding national helpline calls to completing an MA in Domestic Violence and Sexual Abuse, I readily volunteer my time to support women to rebuild their lives.
