I’ve had the privilege of working within the community and not-for-profit sector, where I’ve driven impactful change by aligning high-quality service delivery with community need. My passion lies in helping organisations grow and thrive through thoughtful transformation, meaningful relationships, and strong leadership.I am driven by a desire to not only meet community needs but to strengthen organisations and the way we approach our work in the community. My focus has been on building sustainable organisations by developing robust systems, fostering a positive culture, and improving the quality and safety of services. I believe that change is most effective when it brings people along on the journey—whether it’s through de-risking strategies or strengthening governance or building in accountabilities. As a leader, I thrive on complexity. I love bringing together diverse, multidisciplinary teams, leveraging their unique strengths to solve problems and create solutions that deliver real outcomes. I work across disciplines, breaking down the inevitable silos that have formed, implementing complex systems and frameworks that not only work but evolve with the organisation through continuous improvement.I have seen how collaboration, technology, and sound governance can transform an organisation.
