Lucy Mungoni is an experienced leader with +15 years of proven senior management experience guiding a range of successful integrated development projects in the health sector under diverse operational contexts in Malawi. She has proven record of nurturing learning, accountability, innovation as well as building successful multi-disciplinary teams and demonstrated expertise in adaptive management. She is an analyst with transformational leadership style and skills to manage a continuous process of change. Ms. Mungoni has experience in management of large donor funded projects, owning the programs implementation lifecycle from concept note to exit plan. She has Programs Development expertise in integrated programming in nutrition and livelihoods, MNCH, FP/RH, TB, HIV/AIDS and water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH). She also has experience managing +40 staff (both tech and non-technical).

• Leading the WASH department comprising of Field Operations, Finance and Administration, Monitoring, Evaluation and Communications and Project Implementation with strict adherence to donor requirements and World Vision’s personnel, financial and other applicable policies, strategy, guidelines, principles for efficient and effective delivery of WASH in World Vision Malawi.
