I worked almost 7 years as a Registered Nurse in a variety of roles and facilities. After moving to Australia from Ireland in 2019 I decided to start my own business which I ran for the past three years. I love to lean into my creative side, and so after teaching myself how to sew and returning to college for a diploma in Fashion Design, I sold my hand-made clothes online and at markets. Running my own fashion brand was an amazing experience and the skills I acquired contribute hugely now to my recruitment and consulting skills. I love chatting and meeting new people from all walks of life. And my nursing nature of wanting to help people has always prevailed. In 2023 I started a new career path in Recruitment and have been lucky to have gained great experience so far. I specialize in finding work for Registered Nurses in Aged Care facilities all over Australia. It's a unique new way for me to support our elderly community and our healthcare system.

I ran this business for 3 years and absolutely loved it. It gave me a new confidence in myself and my abilities and opened many doors of opportunity. In May 2023 however, it was not financially sustainable - I was working as a Registered Nurse and did not have the financial backing a business needs to continue in today's market. I closed the brand down and started my Recruitment journey, transferring my business and customer service skills now to combine with my roots in the Healthcare Industry.
