- Responsible for the lab to pass all the Proficiency Testing and take care of corrective actions if needed.- Perform the Quality Controls and Quality Assurance.- Keep track of inventory—make sure reagents/test kits have received dates, expiration dates, and opened dates if applicable.- Maintain machinery equipment.- Draw blood and process specimens.- Perform tests and keep all laboratory documentation records.- Write and maintain update for all laboratory policies and procedures.- Calibrate and run controls according to the test system manufacturers.- Review patient test results, quality control, and proficiency testing and maintenance records.- Review testing reports, ensuring notification of “critical” results to appropriate physician.

- Collect blood on a daily basis.- Process and analyze specimens using Cobras Mira and Cell-Dyn 1700 machines. - Applying Microsoft Window to document all paper works for Doctors review. - Maintain laboratory equipments and machinery.- Demonstrate proficiency in the performance of all lab works for CLIA inspection.- Keeping track of lab equipments and supplies.- Document all corrective actions taken when test systems deviate from the lab established performance specifications.- Maintain complete records of all testing performed on-site.

- Process and analyze specimens. - Create Glyco-globin Kit to test Glucose for diabetic patient. - Perform Sex Hormone Binding Protein by Radioimmunoassay. - Analyze and prepare QC ranges for tests approved by supervisor and/or director.- Calibrate Pipettes and help in charge of Hematology inventory.- Properly dispose of hazardous materials.- Operate and maintain laboratory equipments appropriately.
