My position was to acquire all monies needed to underwrite the event and to obtain all items for the silent and live auctions, formulate auction packages, set bid pricing, and write the auction program to advertise all the auction items and to acknowledge all the donors of the event who gave so generously and willingly for our cause. And to thank all the volunteers who gave hundreds of hours of their time to made such events happen.
