I am currently in my final year of the Cert Ed Programme at West Cheshire College, I currently voluntary teach at South Cheshire College where I teach a Level 3 BTEC Hospitality programme to learners.

My current role involves the daily interaction with meeting and greeting guests, dealing with reservation enquiries, cash handling and banking procedures.

This role involves the Up sell of Spa, Golf and Sanitary products that helps to enhance a Customers perception and helps to meet Customer Satisfaction and relevant budgets and targets that are set in place.I help to deal with enquiries for group and individual reservations that come through on a daily basis; with this in mind I have excellent skills with Opera, Concept, and Delphi databases.
