My role after establishing the arts centre was to lead and train a committed team of Artists. Working as a team, we created our own website and brand teaching art workshops to the local community. I managed recruitment, legal policies and safeguarding. Also all communications including editing the website and social media content, supporter newsletters and marketing including mail chimp. I had experience using Outlook, Word, Adobe creative suite and powerpoint. I curated and hosted art exhibitions for children and adults. Administration duties I managed were answering emails, writing reports and dealing with bookings and enquiries through email and phonecalls. I organised Arts events, festivals and workshops for the local community. Professional development training I gained was first aid and safeguarding.

I taught Key stage two which included planning lessons, teaching and assessing mixed ability classes. I was a Science Leader advising and training teachers. I had SEND training and experience including autism, global delay, dyslexia and ADHD. I worked closely with teaching assistants to support pupils needs and written and directed school musical productions.
