Responsible for InspireXT's Marketing Strategy and Alliance relationships. My role is focused on showcasing how InspireXT brings value to our key partners and our customers. I ensure the successful execution of campaigns and events to support strategy and customer needs.Develop key partnerships with both Oracle and Salesforce and other 3rd parties within their portfolio's so we have a joint strategy, aligned in supporting each other's goals and the needs of our customers for their success. I work closely with the Partner, Sales and Marketing channels at Director and VP level. Within this role, I am responsible for: • Developing and maintaining InspireXT's brand, online and off-line• Maintain and develop relationships with key and strategic partners• Create and roll-out go-to-market strategies and joint propositions• Management, sign-off and allocation of Marketing Budget• Responsible for target of joint won business through our channels

- Ownership of all social channels including content generation, scheduling and copywriting. - Content generation for website, blogs, newsletters, case studies, podcasts and social channels.- Press release management and promotion.- Website creation using WordPress.- Event management and promotion; webinars and masterclasses. - Measurement and tracking of all marketing activities.- Launched and produced a podcast series 'In A Nutshell' discussing key trending topics within the industry.

- Orchestrated a marketing plan with the Senior Marketing team to increase brand awareness among the millennials segment - Coordinated with the Digital Marketing Team to distribute video ads across social media channels

- Authored the copy for the new Saracens website and social media posts ready for the 2019/20 season- Consulted with the senior leadership team to develop new content and optimise the site for search, strengthening brand awareness through pioneering ownership of key channels

- One of the 8 senior counsellors selected to become a Group Leader. - Participant in a week-long Leadership training program in advance of the seven-week camp session. - Responsible for day to day organisation and pastoral care of a groups of children of a particular age for a 7-week overnight summer camp.- Accountable for the social dynamics of each group and making sure each and every child is engaged and thriving.- Scheduled and managed a staff team of 9 counsellors of different ages.- Dealt with high net worth individuals

- Independently distributed surveys to determine how customers preferred to engage with the brand- Aggregated the data after 2 weeks and obtained over 100 responses- Analysed the data and developed a marketing plan driven by the data- Managed the Instagram platform and grew brand awareness by 40% (200 extra followers)
