CLR Environmental Consulting Ltd provides environmental consultancy services on a project basis or seconded in-house environmental support to operators, drilling management companies and others. Recent clients have included National Grid and Premier Oil.

Environmental support to wells department: managing permit applications for drilling, well inervention and other subsea work, coordinating OPEPs, operational environmental support, reporting, liaising with regualtory bodies, training and awareness. Ialso provided input to management system development and other day to day advisorysupport.• June – November 2011, AGR Well Management: Seconded as HSE Advisor to provide dayto support for clients with North Sea and international drilling projects, including permitsand consents management, creation of bridging documentation, and operational support.• March – May 2011, TAQA Bratani: Seconded as environmental advisor to the wellsdepartment at TAQA, with principal focus of coordinating permits and consents for a busydrilling, workover and interventions programme. I also trained and supported another RSKconsultant to take over this secondment.Auditing: I am an IEMA qualified Environmental Auditor, with experience of management system,compliance, and due diligence auditing. Recent audit projects have included• Lead auditor for programme of regular regulatory compliance audits of the Corrib GasProject Tunnel Construction Phase in the West of Ireland• Lead auditor for offshore compliance and management system audits of productionplatforms for TAQA Bratani• Audit manager for major oil and gas company’s health, safety and environmental duediligence, pre-sale of offshore North Sea assets and associated onshore terminal facilities.Management System Development and Maintenance: I have experience of working with a range ofbusinesses developing, implementing and maintaining environmental and integrated managementsystems, in line with international standards.
