Accountable for the general management and commercial activities of the World Duty Free stores and for the retail standards within the area, to maximise profitable sales and manage local relationships.

I am responsible for taking full accountability for all operations of the £1.6 million turnover flagship store; this includes driving sales, profit protection and personnel development.As the retail hub of The Body Shop, I am required to host visits from the senior leadership team from across company, and the wider L’Oreal Group on a regular basis.

This role required me to support the UK Pulse Project Manager in delivering all aspects of the Pulse Roll out for the 64 stores selected for the 2014 Pulse Programme. I was the first point of contact for all store teams; and liaised directly with the Regional Manager, Regional Controller and HRBP populations, as well as celebrating new store successes with the UK Leadership team, both in person and through written documentation.
