* Conducted user research to understand the needs, behaviours and pain points of the target audience including user interviews, usability testing and competitive analysis.* Created wireframes and prototypes to visualise and test design concepts.* Planned and conducted usability testing session to evaluate the usability and effectiveness of the designs. * Delivered a new software platform on AWS infrastructure which allowed us to quickly roll out custom-designed, light weight applications that solve user and customer problems bringing immediate value to the business.* Delivered UX research on how to improve current user experience that ran on Al software.

In my role, I review and apply strategic analysis to deliver solutions and outcomes for students. I am responsible for the coordination and development of the Transition to University Program. My key responsibilities include:- Organising and implementing the Academic Probation Program where I meet with students to provide structure to their studies. - Organising and hosting Faculty Dinners. Three Faculty Dinners are hosted every semester. These dinners provide students the opportunity to network with professors and industry professionals in their field of study. - Organise and implement the Transition to University Program. Six to seven workshops are run a semester to provide students with necessary skills to navigate university. - Meet daily with students to provide assistance and guidance.- I mentor a group of first year students in these mentor sessions I provide tangible guidance for students to achieve their goals.

Bloom is a not for profit that inspires, guides and teaches entrepreneurs. I was with Bloom as the Advisor Coordinator from January to June 2016. My key responsibilities were:- To developed, organised and ran the Mentor/Mentee Program. - I conducted meetings with corporate professionals, entrepreneurs and start-ups to link our members with mentors in order to further progress our members ideas and start-ups.
