Being the largest of its kind in the world, it serves as the parent company to agencies including Maxus, MEC, MediaCom, Mindshare and Xaxis.- Collaborate with hiring managers and HRBPs across GroupM agencies and business units on sourcing, attraction and acquisition of senior talents in China;- Talent mapping, reporting and analysis with a focus on Digital domain;- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, employees, alumni groups to foster an ongoing pipeline of highly caliber candidates for future employment;- Lead candidates through the recruiting process ensuring a positive experience;- Analysis and reporting on recruitment channel, cost, effectiveness;- Keep abreast of industry knowledge and trends;- Project management of 2016 GroupM Media Master Management Trainee campus recruitment program;- Organize Recruitment Optimization Workshops and deliver training on recruitment skills, system usage, market landscape and competitor intel to agency HRBPs.

- Support Consultants in Asia Pacific region (Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangkok) on executive search assignments across various industries including Automotive, General Industrial, FMCG, Retail and etc.;- Identify, source and qualify potential candidates to enable high quality shortlists to be presented to clients in the shortest possible time;- Generate regular search progress reports sent to clients;- Client interaction to facilitate search progress delivery and successful closure of search assignments.

Full cycle execution of search assignments including but not limited to- Attend briefing meetings with clients regarding potential search assignments and help to complete proposals;- Source candidates through a variety of means such as database-searching, social networking and cold calling;- Screen candidates by phone interviews and face-to-face meetings;- Intensively communicate with clients on the latest searching progress and identify necessary adjustment of the search direction;- Elaborate candidate summary/reports and participate at the candidate presentation meetings to clients;- Follow up with clients and selected candidates till successful closure of assignments.
