Supporting the Clinic Development Director (CDD) to expand the UK network of medical clinics providing specialist non-invasive spine treatment (IDD Therapy Spinal Decompression).- Research and collate databases of clinics in targeted towns and cities where treatment is not available- Create an itinerary and route map for the Clinic Director to visit clinics, preparing presentation packs for distribution in the target clinics- Print information packs and send mailings each week to towns and cities not visited by the CDD- Log and track mailings- Send email follow ups after the visits/mailings to seek appointments for further discussions

Supporting the Business Development Manager to deal with a variety of customer service functions for a fast growing liquid nutrition company working with clinics and the public.- Processing orders through the website (woo commerce)- Packing and arranging despatch through couriers (DPD, DHL, Royal Mail)- Responding to trade enquiries and despatching trade orders- Set up affiliaties, edit personalised leaflets (Canva) and order printed leaflets and posters for clinics (Solopress)- Call customers by phone to deal with any issues as well as email them - Edit and manage customer subscriptions

Serving hot and cold drinks in a busy tea room. Training other employees as well as managing the floor and delegating tasks to others.

Serving and making cocktails in addition to waiting on customers. I was also responsible for bottomless brunch groups and meeting their demands to give them the most enjoyable experience.
