My professional goals include advocacy for women's health, particularly improving access and quality of care to women and birthing people. I currently serve as Secretary-Treasurer and Legislative Chair roles for the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists District VII Junior Fellows. I am also a member of the Society of Refugee Healthcare Providers. During residency, I have utilized my free time to create a coalition with local refugee resettlement agencies and our community clinic partners in order to improve communication and mutual understanding to better serve the non-English speaking patients in Kansas City, MO. I received my medical degree (DO) from the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine, Master of Science with distinction from the Eck Institute of Global Health at the University of Notre Dame.

State data obtained by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention. The final Moldovan report will be presented to the director of the Institute for Mother and Child and Ministry of Health.

Initially, I researched the relationship between the M2 isoform of pyruvate kinase and the transcription factor Znf217. I then began a collaboration project with Dr. Reginald Hill looking at the effect of Matrix metalloproteinase-3 on the pancreatic stem cell environment. I also assisted in many other projects including chemotherapy trials in mice, bone metastasis, and the generation of a tissue bank.

Campus AmbassadorCatholic Relief Services Aug 2011 - Jun 2012University Of Notre Dame, InI helped Notre Dame’s Center for Social Concerns (CSC) develop a program that tied Catholic Relief Services (CRS) to students on campus. I was originally asked by professors in the CSC to assist in their efforts to have CRS on campus because of my previous activity in justice events on campus. I was chosen, along with three other students, to participate in a conference in Chicago to be trained as a CRS Campus Advocate. We then led an Advocacy Workshop the first weekend on campus of 2012. We hand selected leaders of clubs and organizations to participate. We brought in outside speakers and trained students and compelled them to participate in action.My role allowed me to establish a partnership and ongoing relationship with Catholic Relief Services.
