I joined the company when it was Mobile Travel Technologies and in the process of a $55m acquisition with Travelport. My role, reporting into the Head of Delivery, involved partnering with Senior Project Managers to deliver customer projects on plan with our bespoke software development applications which included integration with our product suite. Four months into the role I was assigned my own portfolio of accounts with an overall budget in excess of $1m and was directly responsible for managing the customer relationship as well as the project lifecycle. I was also tasked with managing the Operations team to achieve PCI accreditation for the organisation (v3.1) within a strict timeframe and with limited resources.
