Lucy is currently a PhD Candidate at the University of Michigan pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering. She works in the Sienko Research Group, and her research interests include engineering design and the development of wearable technologies for data-driven approaches in evidence-based clinical care. She received dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Biomedical and Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University. In her free time, Lucy is a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer who helps Ann Arbor locals achieve their health and fitness goals through group classes and personal training.
