Responsibilities include:Allocation of all transactions received and accurately processing large sums of money.Using a number of integrated systems to investigate anomaly payments.Supporting all other departments by creating reports, answering queries and making decisions which impact budgetary reports.Liaising with all levels of management Exceptional customer serviceHandling cash and cheques and trusted key holder to the safe.Key achievements:Solely creating a team website accessible and utilised by the entire authority.Preparing and creating an online filing system to enable a 95% reduction in paper within my team.Volunteered to become part of a team outside of business as usual to prepare sessions to guide fellow employees to take opportunities to grow within the authority.
