I work at all checkouts in the store, this includes manned tills, self checkouts, smartshop, kiosk, petrol and our customer service desk. I ensure all customers I serve are happy with their shopping experience and any enquiries they have for me are answered concisely. Part of my position is also the commercial department, this deals with daily price changes instore and promotions, the main goal is to communicate these to customers through signage in the store. I have also worked on other departments when they needed a helping hand with stock, such as Clothing, General Merchandising and printing tickets for the Fresh Plinth Planograms overnight.
