Founded the Friends of Westwood Library, a group dedicated to raising funds for the Los Angeles Public Library in Westwood. I initiated the 501 (c) 3 group, recruited community leaders and volunteers to work with the group, coordinated and worked in tandem with the Los Angeles Public Library commission and the City of Los Angeles on behalf of the library, and helped to raise substantial funding for the group through grants and individuals donors.
