Planning, marketing, recruitment, delivery and assessment of a range of accredited sport, fitness and employability courses delivered to a diverse range of learners. Ensuring all aspects of delivery is adapted to meet the learners’ needs to allow them to develop their skills and knowledge for progression in their career. Ensuring learner performance targets are met. Liaising with existing and new partners in order to maximise recruitment and build good working relationships. Managing contracts with local Colleges and ensuring all necessary paperwork has been completed as per college requirements. Assisting with EV visits from Awarding Bodies and meeting high standards of Quality Assurance and best practice. Assessing and quality assure Apprentices undertaking a range of sports apprenticeships with Albion in the Community in collaboration with local leisure centres and match day Stewards who are completing their NVQ Level 2 Certificate in Spectator Safety.
