• Recruitment, training, administration and coordination for the entire football season ensuring that the highest calibre of staff are employed in the appropriate position• Delivering Event administration ensuring client satisfaction is maintained and profitability is maximized• Conduct training and induction for new staff in their responsibilities and safe systems of work ensuring all training records are completed and current• Make sure all operational practices are undertaken with due diligence and adherence to company policy and procedure• Ensure all payroll functions are completed to schedule and with accuracy• Client relationships are maintained and enhanced

• Coordinate recruitment days and ensure all paper work relating to hiring staff has been completed and checked according with UK Right to work law.• Liaise with Venue Manager, Event Manager and Day to day Managers• Manage timesheet entry on CMS Payroll, including book/roster of Match Days, Day to Day and function/event staff • Coordinate staff leave entitlements and deal with all staff queries • Arrange display of all site plans, whiteboards event timetables and any relevant information to assist management and staff

• Assist the store manager with the daily store operations.• Create in-store merchandising to increase rate of sale and sales performance ensuring all product displays met brand guidelines at all times• Train and develop new team members• Complete daily paperwork, daily floor walks, create action plans• Coach and motivate team to achieve daily targets• Complete company cash handling and banking procedures• Maintain high standards of store housekeeping and high level of security vigilance• Assist with overnight turnaround of new in-store format to ensure no impact to trading• Contributed to the achievement of store KPIs

• Greet visitors and direct them to their destinations• Answer customer’s inquiries about the company and its services• Sort out the mail and deliveries• Answer incoming calls, and perform a variety of other office tasks, such as faxing, emailing
