I worked at Forza Wine for 2 years, starting off as a foh waiter and then promoted to floor manager where I held the responsibility of overseeing the whole restaurant and helping communications through the bar, kitchen, kp and floor. At times managing the goings on of 8 members of staff. Opening and closing the site as well as dealing with the daily and weekly earnings. On top of this I would handle orders for suppliers and sending off merchandise.
