She is committed to designing bras that are tailored to the unique biomechanics of each woman's body, recognising the changes women go through, and their personal needs. Sports bras that not only look fabulous, but also provide the best support, comfort and adaptability.Through her work with industry leaders, The Well HQ, Lucy has delved deep into the intricate dynamics of breast movement and the profound impact of ill-fitting bras on female athletes’ performance. Using her expertise in breast biomechanics as well her unwavering commitment to women's empowerment, she continues to revolutionize the way women think about their bras and their bodies through compelling workshops and sports bra fittings.Beyond her role as a co-founder, Lucy is champions women's wellness and body literacy, frequently sharing her expertise through her ongoing work with The Well HQ and educational workshops with clubs, gyms and schools.
