I work with the HR and Learning & Development teams at Hawksford, assisting with the day to day administration.As part of the HR team I assist with the recruitment process and trainee scheme, to include the induction of new starters and the ongoing maintenance of staff files in a confidential manner. I work alongside Hawksford’s Learning & Development Manager to assist with booking and evaluating all internal and external professional training courses, the collation of CPD records and the administration of the professional development review process at Hawksford.I am able to bring marketing expertise to the role, with over 10 years experience in the financial services industry.
