A creative English Literature graduate with a passion for management and team development. After graduating from Loughborough University, I went on to found and run my own small business. I managed this alongside a part-time role as a Sales Executive and Content Creator for an independent children’s retailer. In 2020, I joined Blue Light Card. During my time here I have developed my skill set significantly. In my current role as Member Services Manager, I lead a large team and have gained invaluable knowledge in recruitment, talent management and data control.
