The core role involves extensive management of inboxes, diaries, and project scheduling across, along with the support and creation of PowerPoint presentations. My role also includes supporting partners with business development through research, client outreach, and preparation for meetings with those potential clients. The position also requires assisting with the pitch process, proposal preparation, and internal coordination of staff. Additionally, it involves supporting projects by managing budgets and finance, meetings, document production, while also handling monthly expenses, company event coordination, and maintaining the Salesforce database. During my time, I have also participated in Marketing activities consisting of Linkedin posts, website edits and event organisation on behalf of the founder.

The main purpose of the role involved managing and coordinating executive search assignments alongside typical Executive Assistant duties, such as travel management, expenses, diary coordination, and ad hoc tasks. It included quite complex coordination of schedules for interviews and meetings, often involving C-suite and Board members, and handling search-related correspondence and supporting with proposals. The role also included a lot of assistance in preparing pitch decks, overseeing financial timelines including invoicing and debt management, and it was the Practice Manager who was seen as the primary information repository for all practice assignments.
