Running and consolidating the Group budgeting/forecasting process, providing analysis of the aforementioned to the directors of the Group. Consolidating and reporting monthly Group results to the Senior Management team. Providing ad hoc analysis of Group performance. Responsible for the delivery of ad hoc projects including creating a group fixed asset tracking tool.Managing the Head Office company accounts and the reporting and budgeting/forecasting of these. Assessing performance against budget/forecast and tracking costs to ensure any overspends are understood.Responsible for a team of four, mentoring and managing their performance in the workplace and through their professional qualifications where appropriate.

Main responsibilities include; preparing consolidated management accounts with variance analysis and commentary for the board of directors, preparation and evaluation of budgets and forecasts, accounting for acquisitions, providing assistance/guidance to worldwide group subsidiaries, preparing annual consolidated financial statements under IFRS, corresponding with external auditors and preparing information required in the audit process. Also carrying out internal audit visits to all locations worldwide and assessing adherence to key controls, reporting all findings and recommendations to the local teams, group CFO and the audit committee.
