BSc Forensic Biology graduate with a First Class Honours degree. I have a keen interest in DNA analysis, toxicology and blood spatter analysis. I am currently working in the fuels and lubricants industry and chemical manufacturing. My current role means I use a range of analytical equipment often, including GPC, NMR, FTIR and HPLC, and I am currently the equipment owner for our GPC system. I also contribute to blending and synthesis of chemicals and microwave reactions as well as logistics with shipping samples out to other Infineum sites and third parties where necessary.My degree has given me some experience in the forensic sector, with collecting and analysing evidence, as well as collating and preparing case files and attending a simulated court. I am a highly motivated individual who is able to work independently or as part of a team under pressure, sticking to deadlines and ensuring targets are met or succeeded.I am also currently working towards a BSc Chemistry degree through The Open University.
