About Lucy Williams

I'm lucky enough to travel the world with Australia's most-loved and arguably, one of the most successful sporting teams in the country - the Australian Women's Cricket Team. For someone with a passion for sport and working with female athletes, I find my role incredibly rewarding. Having travelled throughout Australia, tours to England, India, Sri Lanka, New Zealand, the West Indies, Malaysia and New Zealand have led to some amazing memories and have provided me the opportunity to connect with people from around the globe. I take great pride in building and maintaining relationships and believe that's easily the most important aspect of being successful in any role. I'm driven by the inequality female athletes suffer on a daily basis and take pride in being able to tell their stories and make sure their achievements don't go unnoticed.
