Leadership, delivery and operation of the Prosper Project. https://prosper.liverpool.ac.uk/ Prosper, a £4.4m project funded by Research England, commenced in October 2019 and phase one finished in Summer 2023. Secured follow on funding of 450K for Phase 2. Prosper aims to prepare postdocs for success across multiple career paths. Prosper delivered the Prosper development model and portal with a flexible open access suite of resources available to all universities. Co-creation was at the heart of the prosper project and I worked collaboratively with my team, project partners, as well as employers, funders, PIs and postdocs to develop and deliver Prosper. led the delivery of the project aims and outcomes led liaison with project stakeholders including employer partners, university partners and funders led liaison with local, regional, national and international researcher development networks negotiated with sector funding bodies to enable postdoctoral engagement in the development process ensured that the project genuinely addresses equality and diversity in relation to access to and engagement with researcher development
