Lucy’s main mandate comprises a multi-sector UK property portfolio with a combined value of £500m (ungeared) which she manages with full discretion on behalf of a FTSE 100 Corporate Pension Fund. She has worked on this mandate throughout her career. The mandate has enjoyed considerable success outperforming the MSCI Quarterly benchmark over every time horizon. The Fund’s performance has also been recognised on 3 separate occasions as being the best performing mid-size Pension Fund in the MSCI universe (2017, 2019 and 2021) under Lucy’s direction.Over the past 10 years, Lucy has transacted c. £1.2 billion assets and directly developed/refurbished over 1.7 million sq ft of space with experience across all of the main commercial property sectors. As well as agreeing development fundings and forward commitments, Lucy has overseen a range of speculative ground up development projects from inception to completion.In recent years, the development and refurbishment activity in her portfolio has necessitated a very strong understanding of sustainable initiatives to meet the Pension Fund’s strengthening ESG goals. Lucy has delivered a number of projects to achieve Net Zero Carbon WLCA, BREEAM Excellent accreditation and EPC A+ certification. She is extremely well versed on the merits of this emerging area of real estate investing. She has joined a number of industry panel discussions on podcasts, workshops and seminars to discuss her views on sustainable design and building interventions.In addition to her full time role at Savills IM, Lucy was appointed to the Board of the Value and Indexed Property Income Trust Plc as a Non-Executive Director in 2022. Lucy is married with 2 daughters (18 and 15) and lives in North West London.
