Based at Cromer fire station where we receive approximately 200 calls per year. I completed all physical and mental assessments first time. I am a dependable team member, relied upon to complete a high standard of work in stressful situations. During 2014 I will be taking the necessary training which will lead to a crew manager position where I will be responsible for the firefighters and civilians involved in incidents. I am responsible for maintaining my personal fitness and knowledge to ensure I can deal with each incident. Trusted to act morally and maintain confidentiality of people involved in incidents.

Involved in the set-up of the technical department for Fakenham Desserts. Responsible for creating paperwork and training new QA’s to ensure the start of production ran smoothly. Seconded to production to assist with production management, involved in the day to day running of the factory. Moved back to training to manage the department in the build up to BRC. Responsible for organising training for general procedures, food safety, critical control points, standard operating procedures, quality procedures and department specific training. Day to day management of training staff and maintenance and continuous improvement of a training matrix and associated support documents. Prioritizing work for upcoming audits, Fakenham Desserts recently received an ‘A’ for BRC with no minors for the training department.

Responsible for general management of the QA’s and auditing standards for food safety, hygiene, quality, fabrication and processes. Finding the root problems of non-conformance issues and suggesting and implementing new or improved systems to correct issues. Constantly reviewing systems and processes to maintain continuous improvement. Liaising with other managers to achieve the required manufacturing standard. Working with NPD to develop and support the launch of new products.

Responsible for management of staff including recruitment, training, discipline and support. Day to day management including all PAYE, stock control, installation and maintenance of an EPOS and CCTV. Responsible for insurances, health & safety, suppliers and service contracts. I joined the business when only one shop was owned, over 6 years we built the business into 3 thriving community stores.
