I am one of five managers who oversee the operations of a location responsible for $3.5 million in annual sales. At this location, I maintain similar oversight into training and front-end operations as I did at both the Frisco and Granbury locations. Additionally, much like that of the Granbury location, I have a heavy focus on customer experience and loss prevention, ensuring that our customers have a safe and welcoming environment in which to conduct their shopping.

I am one of four managers who oversee and operate the location, which is responsible for approximately $3 million in annual sales. Outside of sales, my priority focuses are customer experience/satisfaction and loss prevention. I actively work with customers and my Store Manager to swiftly and effectively resolve negative experiences and ensure that the customer leaves satisfied. Additionally, I lead training, implementation, and execution of loss prevention policies, ensuring that company standards are being met at all times. Due to the emphasis and consistency I showed, we saw a 90% decrease in shrinkage in one fiscal year. Lastly, I maintained similar responsibilities to those held at the Frisco location.

In addition to my current position within the company, I spent the Summer earning my Internship credit towards Graduation. During this time I spent 150 hours training and acting in the Assistant Store Manager position, learning about hiring, loss prevention, visual merchandizing, and operations.

I am one of eight managers who oversees and operates one of the largest locations in DFW. Our location is responsible for approximately $8 million in annual sales. Specifically, I oversee the cash wrap and am directly responsible for up to five cashiers at one time. I train all new hires on cash wrap and set high performance standards that help our store reach our goals. Lastly, I work with our ASM of Operations and our Store Manager to make sure all Loss Prevention and Customer Service expectations are being met.

I worked with four other managers to collaborate, guide, and enhance our team of 16 towards our goals, including our recently achieved goal of one million dollars in annual net sales. I work directly with customers to provide a positive experience that leaves them feeling confident.

Creating relationships with the students and residents of Tarleton State University through the promotion of resources, healthy habits, and general information. As well as fostering a safe and healthy living environment by engaging in conflict resolution, active communication, and crisis prevention.
