Under that boarder project, the B2B marketing Project is the core initiative for fostering EC opinion leadership in Taiwan. The implementation of the B2B marketing Project demands collaboration & communication with multiple partners.2. B2B Marketing & Trade Marketing- Taiwan & HK Cross-border e-commerce projectsI have planned and exercised the EC B2B resources integration among Hong Kong & Taiwan- the first step forward to create the largest cross-border e-commerce network in HK & TW -Yahoo has foresee a significant increase in cross- border E-commerce.-Taiwan EC Agricultural project To maximize the effectiveness of B2B marketing and marketing communication field, I actively planned 8 Taiwan top EC sites cooperation campaign which is the 1st time competitors cooperation of Taiwan EC industry and to be “Taiwan EC Agricultural project” endorsement. I have planned and executed 3 gatherings for the 8 EC sites’ chairmen discussing how to attract farmers joining EC sites. After reaching the consensus, Lucy also invited 3 associations joining the project and integrated all media resources of internal and external to maximize the effectiveness. 3. Public Relations Speciality-1111 online Shopping Festival PR resultsPublic relations campaigns that are planned alongside the annual online promotional activities of the EC business department are faced with the challenge of defining the brand texture and promotional messaging to be considered in the public relations message. This type of public relations operation aims to effectively lead consumers back to the EC platform. With this purpose in mind, I organized PR events/messages with consumer-centered strategy. Furthermore, it implemented public relations operations with the media through various stages.
