The analysis includes monthly sales target, inventory amount and inbound/outbound amount for the past 12 months to support strategic decision making and operation optimization.Supply Chain System Management: Responsible for strategic analysis and operational optimization of newly introduced SAP and WMS systems in Nike Digital Center. Input SKU category numbers required for shipment through VA01 function to create shipment orders and ensure database is aligned with business requirements. Worked with four multinational departments in China, US, India, and Japan to successfully reduce messaging delays to less than 1 hour and was responsible for regular team reporting to ensure smooth change management processes.Inventory and Shipping Efficiency Optimization: Dedicated to monitoring and analyzing inventory turnover and risk management of Nike's 23 distributors in China.
