I am a confidence catalyst. I specialise in the science of empowerment, and I focus on working with trail-blazers to catalyse their self-belief and impact.I’ve catalysed growth in 1000+ people worldwide, from boardrooms of multinational corporations, to refugee camps, to entrepreneurship accelerators. My alumni come from 30+ nationalities, and all walks of life: neurosurgeons. executives. technologists. artists. entrepreneurs. displaced persons. All of them once felt underestimated by society - whether due to gender, identity, nationality, disability, or other trait → we turned that challenge into competitive advantage 🔥🌶️💪🏾. I see confidence as the “practised manifestation of self-belief”, and therefore muscle you can build through practice.Working with me has been described as “electricity in a bottle”. Symbolically, the name ‘Lucy’ means light in Latin: which is what I aim to draw out in others. I’m a repeat founder, warrior for social change, feminist, adventurer, and artist and have lived all over the world. I’ve worked in leadership in the private sector, social organizations, and startups. I am also the co-founder of two award-winning organisations: an edtech startup and a not-for-profit.
