As Live Nation's first US employee responsible for venue sustainability, I worked with cross-functional leaders to build a sustainability program from the ground up across 50+ US concert venues: -Managed annual capital improvement projects for sustainability related investments -Designed circular solutions to our material use, increasing waste diversion 157% year over year across concert venues and achieving first Zero Waste venue -Designed and deployed sustainability e-learning and in-person training materials to 20,000+ venue employees -In partnership with EDF Climate Corps program fellow, conducted first GHG Inventory of our concert venues; mapped an emissions reduction strategy including energy efficiency upgrades and a transition to renewable energy -Launched the industry leading “Sustainability Rocks” marketing platform to inspire and engage music fans in environmental action, earning over 100MM media impressions. -As our sustainability spokesperson I amplified our strategies and operational successes with features in multiple media outlets, including Greenbiz, Waste360, Pollstar, and Bloomberg, .

As Specialized's social responsibility lead, I spearheaded our mission to benefit communities, public health, and environmental sustainability by increasing awareness and accessibility to cycling. -Directed funding and support to strategic non-profit partners and active transportation initiatives-Led the community grants program in partnership with 1,000 bicycle retailers nationwide and managed its efficacy through OKR metrics and impact goals-Launched the CEO’s vision for The Specialized Foundation (now Outride); led strategic partnership with Stanford School of Medicine and United Health Group-Optum to research and deploy evidence-based cycling programs to middle schools nationwide-Participated in donor trip to Zambia with World Bicycle Relief to deliver specially designed bicycles to students to help unlock life changing mobility -Rode with NASCAR legend Jimmie Johnson in 500 mile bike ride to raise awareness and funds for People For Bikes-Championed social responsibility with features on The Today Show, Outside Magazine, and Bicycling Magazine
