In my capacity as President, I managed a team of 15 committee members of the Residents' Association. The overarching goal of the association was to improve the experience of all residents through creating inclusive sporting, arts, cultural and multi-cultural events as well as hosting educational panels to stimulate reflection and discussion about our internal culture. Furthermore, as an incorporated association we managed an annual return as well as any financial and legal liabilities which come with this status.
