I am a Water Quality Professional, currently on a career break whilst I travel to Australia and SE Asia. I have spent 4 years in the Water Quality sector at Yorkshire Water in both Public Health and Scientist roles. Here I investigated water quality issues, ensured site optimisation in regards to quality and worked to meet the relevant water quality regulations. Previously spent a year working at Anglian Water as a Clean-Water Sampler, monitoring water quality.Graduated from Harper Adams University with a 2:1 in BSc (Hons) Countryside and Environmental Management (2015-2019). I completed a dissertation titled “An Investigation into the pattern of nutrient concentration and load in the Lydebrook Catchment” where I carried out research in partnership with the Severn Gorge Countryside Trust. I gained a range of laboratory experience whilst at University, particularly focusing on water quality, including monitoring nitrates, phosphorus and suspended sediment. Completed a year long placement year working at Wessex Water as a Catchment Technician, working alongside farmers to minimise their environmental impacts.
