Working in the Product Team as the sole UX/UI figure, responsible for designing the evolution of our e-commerce B2B site and order management system with constantly evolving features.I joined Mirta during its transition from B2C to B2B, including a complete rebrand working closely with Graphic Designers. I also played a key role in designing our back-office tool for order logistics and invoicing. As the sole UX/UI Designer, I have always advocated for Product: involving the entire team and directly engaging users is vital, and I love to ensure that everyone’s voice is heard, fostering a collaborative work environment and an informed Product team.

In addition to my other responsibilities as in-house illustrator and content editor, I am now part of the Tech team. I played a leading role in creating our e-commerce platform, and designed the packaging for a range of 40 Italian products. I am currently leading the redesign of the UX and look & feel of our main website.

My work in Customer Care brought me to a new role, where I focused on the customer experience in close collaboration with the Marketing and Tech teams. I helped to optimise our website through UX writing, newsletters and the creation of our company magazine. I also took on the role of in-house illustrator for our various projects, online and offline.

In my first role at Cesarine, I was responsible for responding to customer inquiries (B2B & B2C) via email and Intercom. I assisted customers booking through our site, tailoring their experiences and liaising with our network of hosts to arrange every step. As part of a small team, my role overlapped with Product Development. When the company began to scale rapidly, we created a booking system to manage and automate a steep increase in demand whilst assuring a personal touch at all times. I was a key player in shaping the our customer experience and communications, writing FAQs, suggesting product changes, and streamlining the back end of the process to make customers happy and help with the efficient onboarding of new customer operations staff.

Also required interpersonal skills, politeness, and the ability to lead a conversation in a desired direction. - Processing highly sensitive bank information over the phone when dealing with donations with speed and confidence, and often having responsibility for large transactions.As a student supervisor, I was involved in the recruitment of new team members, planning, organising and running the interview process.
