Maintain direct contact with insurance adjusters, attorneys and private clients while research is being conducted. Manage a team of investigators from Los Angeles, San Francisco, Inland Empire & Orange County, Napeerville, IL; Boston, MA; and Orlando, FL. Responsible for all aspects of Research Division and sub departments such as Social Media, Subpoenas, Backgrounds, Locates, Record Retrieval, and Medical Canvass. Responsible for each team’s weekly payroll, and departments growth.
