I am a student athlete majoring in Finance and Management at Tulane University, expected to graduate in May of 2025. I have been working as an Accounting Assistant at Computrols, a leading provider of building automation and controls systems, since June 2021. I am also the Captain of the Tulane Cheer team, where I coordinate practices, appearances, and performances for both athletics and community events.As an Accounting Assistant, I have negotiated payment terms with vendors, managed accounts receivables and payables, and facilitated weekly branch manager meetings. I have improved the way payables are reported weekly to the CEO and generated a $50,000 benefit to the company. As the Tulane Cheer Head Captain, I have acted as a liaison between my teammates and head coach, communicated with and created relationships with school organizations, faculty, alumni, and other sports teams, and demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and communication skills. In addition, I have been tutoring students at Tulane and other universities in various subjects, such as Financial Management, Business Analytics, Calculus, Latin, and Writing, over zoom since August 2021. I have helped students improve their grades, understanding, and confidence in these courses. I am passionate about learning, teaching, and contributing to the academic and athletic success of my peers and community. I am skilled in social media management, office administration, and business analytics. I am eager to apply my skills and knowledge to new challenges and opportunities in the field of business.
