I have opened a new chapter in my life. For the first time in 30 years I am moving my fine art to the top of the list. Coming to a gallery near you!My previous business experience led me to an opportunity to help provide housing for formerly homeless Veterans. With assistance I wrote a federal grant for D&O Properties I, LLC who received $1.3M to develop 16 units of Permanent Supportive Housing. I have managed the grant through the construction period and increased it with an Energy Grant from the State of Illinois. I also helped create a community organization of service partners to address the needs of homeless Veterans. Today I am the property manager and continue to work on plans for future housing projects in central Illinois.I love to network and develop new business and associations. I look forward to developing more business projects that provide opportunities for people without means.I enjoy airbrushing for a hobby and have a successful small business painting autos and motorcycles.
