How to channel all that potential to help our clients make better decisions, using all the amazing innovation, expertise and resources we have at Ipsos, is the question I am answering every day.I love keeping up with and debating the latest marketing theory and its implications for the research industry, it’s one of the things that keeps me buzzing about my job – so much is changing about how we can understand people and explore their motivations, and how we can apply that to business challenges. Yet, at the same time, so little is changing about our fundamental human needs. When all’s said and done though, the theory of marketing and how that changes our research means little if it doesn’t make s*** happen in businesses.
